Seasonal Crostata: Flakey all-butter pastry lined with a thin layer of a toasted nut cream holds in seasonally changing fruits. As they bake the fruit reduces and gradually intensifies. Serves 8-10 people. Will be left unsliced unless specified (sliced into 8 or 10).

Refrigerate until 60 min prior to serving. It may stay in the box provided or be transferred to another container as desired. Although we recommend eating as soon as possible, the tart may be refrigerated for up to 48 hours before serving for best results. We recommend serving at any time with coffee or tea or for a refreshingly decadent dessert. It is served best with a bit of whipped, lightly sweetened cream or crème fraîche or with a little warm caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream.
