This play on a homey classic is rich with ripe banana, dates, brown butter and a hint of toasted sesame oil and topped with a chewy decadent layer of brown sugar caramel and coconut. Enjoy anytime day or night with a cold glass of milk or some lightly sweetened cream. Serves 10-12.
